The requirements to apply are that you must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States.
An easy, one-page registration form is all you have to fill out to enter the scholarship drawing.
Remember to register soon as the drawing occurs each month.

The American Indians Committee of the National Society DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution), awards scholarships to Native Americans. This award is intended to help Native American college students of any age, any tribe, in any state striving to get an education.  The amount for this scholarship is $500.  The deadline for the scholarship is on October 1st.  To be eligible to apply for the scholarship, you need to have at least a 2.8 grade point average and be either a graduating high school senior or a current college undergraduate student.  Both graduate and transfer students can also apply for the scholarship.  You need to submit official papers including proof of American Indian blood.

You may want to take a look at a writing scholarship from Coe College.  You can fund your education if you are eligible with their $3,000 scholarship.  To be eligible, applicants will need to prove financial need and have a 22 on the ACT.

Arkansas Tech provides 6 scholarships for students who qualify.  Walmart associates or dependents of associates can get $3,000 for their education.  You need to show the need for the financial aid and show that you’ve done well in school by maintaining at least a 2.5 grade point average based on the 4.0 scale.
